Fat-Loss Stack: Thermodrine Rx-1 and Whey-Tech

Upon Waking:

1-3 Capsules Thermodrine Rx-1


Workout:


Train at high intensity for 45 minutes, a combination of free-weights and cardio is best for fat loss. In addition, exercising first thing in the morning is great for fat-loss as it helps to increase the rate at which the body burns energy (kilojoules) for the remainder of the day.



After Workout: 


2 Scoops Whey-TECH


Breakfast:


Option 1: 
1/3 cup raw oats with plain fat-free yoghurt and 1 scoop Whey-TECH (sweetened with raisins or chopped dried fruit if desired).

Option 2:
2 egg whites and 1 yolk scrambled with chopped spring onion, 2 slices lightly toasted rye bread, 1 fruit of choice.

Option 3:
1 small grilled kipper or hake fillet, 1/3 cup oat porridge (raw weight). (Sweetened with raisins or chopped dried fruit if desired).



40 Mins Before Lunch:


1-3 Capsules Thermodrine Rx-1


Lunch:


Option 1:   
1 tin tuna (in brine), with ½ cup cooked basmati rice, 1 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese, chopped spring onion and a dash of lemon juice.

Option 2:
1 medium, grilled chicken fillet, ½ cup brown rice & lentils (cooked weight), green salad with balsamic vinegar.

Option 3:
120g grilled lean meat of choice (i.e. beef, chicken or fish), 1 small microwaved potato, up to 1 cup mixed vegetables or green salad.



Afternoon Snack:


1 serving Whey-TECH


Dinner:


Option 1:
1 medium grilled hake or chicken fillet, up to 1 cup broccoli, mixed vegetables or green salad.

Option 2:
1 lean grilled pork loin chop, up to 1 cup broccoli, green beans or mixed vegetables.

Option 3:
1 tin tuna (in brine) or 120g pink salmon (grilled or canned), up to 1 cup broccoli, green beans or mixed vegetables.



Late night snack (optional):


2 scoops Whey-TECH
