Upon waking:


2-3 capsules Testo19 with a glass of water.


Pre-workout (30-45mins before training):


1 serving NO3 mixed in 250ml water and 1-2 capsules Neuro-X.


Workout:


45 minutes high intensity weight training and 10 minutes treadmill walking.


Post-workout: 


1 serving Whey-Tech in 250 ml water or fruit juice.


Breakfast:


½ cup oats (raw) mixed in 1 cup fat-free plain yoghurt or ½ cup oats (raw weight) cooked and sweetened with sprinkle of raisins. 6-10 Egg white omelet (1 yolk).


Mid-morning:


1 serving Whey-Tech in water, ½ cup basmati rice and 1 cup mixed vegetables or green salad.


Lunch:


2 medium chicken fillets (skinless / boneless), 1 cup Basmati rice or 1 large baked potato with fat-free cottage cheese.


Afternoon:


1 serving Whey-Tech, 1 green apple. 2-3 Capsules Testo19.


Early dinner:


2-3 medium chicken or hake fillets or 250-300grm Rump Steak  and 1 cup broccoli  or mixed veg. or large green salad


Late night snack (optional):


1 serving Whey-Tech.
