Upon Waking:
4-5 capsules Testo19 (may be divided into AM & PM dose)
Breakfast:
Option 1:
¾ cup raw oats with plain fat-free yoghurt and 2 scoops Whey-TECH (add raisins or chopped dried fruit if desired).
Option 2:
3-4 egg whites and 1 yolk scrambled with chopped spring onion, 2 slices lightly toasted rye bread, 1 fruit of choice.
Option 3:
1-2 small grilled Terakihi or Snapper fillets, ¾ cup oat porridge (raw weight) add raisins or chopped dried fruit if desired.
Mid-morning Snack:
1 serving Whey-TECH
Pre-workout (30-45mins before training):
2 rounded scoops NO3 and 1-2 capsules Neuro-X
Workout:
Train at high intensity for 45 minutes, using primarily free-weights and select machines. Train with a moderate weight incorporating sets of 6-12 repetitions.
After Workout:
6 scoops Ultimate Anabolic.
Early afternoon – Lunch:
Option 1:
1 tin tuna (in brine), 1 cup cooked basmati rice, 1½ tbsp fat-free cottage cheese, chopped spring onion and a dash of lemon juice.
Option 2:
2 medium grilled chicken fillets, 1 cup brown rice & lentils (cooked weight), green salad with balsamic vinegar.
Option 3:
180g grilled lean meat of choice (i.e. beef, chicken or fish), 2 medium baked potatoes, 1 cup mixed vegetables or green salad.
Late afternoon - Snack (optional):
2 scoops Whey-TECH
Dinner:
Option 1:
1½ - 2 medium grilled hake or chicken fillets, 2 med baked potatoes with fat-free cottage cheese, ½ cup broccoli, mixed vegetables or green salad.
Option 2:
2 grilled lean pork loin chops or 200g rump steak, 1½ cup broccoli, green beans or mixed vegetables
Option 3:
1 tin tuna (brine) or 200g pink salmon (grilled or canned), 1 cup basmati rice (cooked), ½ cup mixed vegetables or broccoli.
Late night - Snack (optional):
2 scoops Whey-TECH
